Possiamo foderare una tortiera a cerniera con la carta forno oppure, come nel mio caso, </div>

PREPARAZIONE</div>

Portiamo a bollore dell'acqua salata e lessiamo la pasta. Scoliamo, versiamo un filo d'olio e lasciamo raffreddare. Laviamo le melanzane e tagliamo a piccoli cubetti. Facciamole cuocere in una padella antiaderente con coperchio e con 2-3 cucchiai di olio e sale quanto basta, girando spesso con un cucchiaio di legno. Nel frattempo tagliamo a rondelle le olive nere e con le dita riduciamo a piccoli pezzettini il basilico. Facciamo raffreddare le melanzane e poi uniamo tutti gli ingredienti alla pasta in una insalatiera. Se necessario aggiungiamo altro olio. Mettiamo in frigo fino al momento di servire. </div>

Ho sempre amato il riso ma ultimamente lo preferisco quasi alla pasta e quindi voglio farvi provare qualche mia ricetta veloce, facile e light come quella di oggi.</div>

Per questa ricetta avevo in casa del riso integrale cottura 10 minuti,velocissimo da preparare,</div>

ma ovviamente va benissimo anche il riso integrale normale.</div>

La cottura sarà un po' più lunga e se avete tempo lo potete preparare anche il giorno prima.</div>

Nel frattempo prepariamo gli asparagi tagliandoli come in foto e lasciando più lunghe le punte.</div>

In una ciotola versiamo lo yogurt e poi utilizziamo il vasetto per aggiungere lo zucchero e l'olio.</div>

Mescoliamo e aggiungiamo farina e lievito. </div>

Per amalgamare il tutto possiamo utilizzare le fruste elettriche oppure a mano.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Versiamo il composto in uno stampo (24 cm) unto con un po' d'olio.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Inforniamo a 180° per circa 30-35 minuti.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Lasciamo raffreddare la torta e poi spolverizziamo con zucchero a velo.</div>

Versiamo un filo d'olio in una padella poi gli involtini, un pizzico di sale, pepe, il vino (anche meno di 1/2 bicchiere) e ancora un filo d'olio e facciamo cuocere per 20-25 minuti con un coperchio.</div>

Comunque il miglio è un cereale naturalmente privo di glutine dalle molteplici proprietà benefiche e nutrizionali, e si presta ad essere cucinato in modo molto semplice, un pò come il riso. Ha un sapore e un profumo molto delicato.</div>

Per la cottura del miglio, non è necessario l'ammollo, ma va lavato velocemente sotto acqua corrente, finché l'acqua non sarà limpida. Lasciamo scolare e asciugare qualche minuto. Versiamo poi in una padella alta, e facciamo tostare senza olio per qualche minuto, girando di tanto in tanto. Aggiungiamo acqua (circa il doppio del peso del miglio - 350 gr circa). Facciamo cuocere per circa 20-25 minuti e alla fine il miglio raddoppierà il suo volume. Togliamo dal fuoco e facciamo raffreddare.</div>

Intanto in un'altra padella facciamo cuocere con un filo d'olio le fettine di pollo infarinate, aggiungendo in superficie un pizzico di sale e altro olio.</div>

Veloce veloce: su metà sfoglia sistemiamo il prosciutto cotto, la groviera tagliata a fette sottili, le zucchine tagliate sottilissime e aggiungiamo anche un pizzico di sale.</div>

Facciamo cuocere in una padella le bietole con coperchio e a fine cottura togliamo l'acqua in eccesso strizzandole bene dentro un colapasta. Rimettiamo in padella, aggiungiamo un pizzico si sale, un pizzico di noce moscata e un filo d'olio, mescoliamo e facciamo cuocere per altri 5 minuti.</div>

In una ciotola mescoliamo prima con una forchetta poi con le mani, la carne insieme all'uovo, al parmigiano, al pangrattato e a un pizzico di sale. La carne dovrà risultare morbida ma se vi sembrerà troppo appiccicosa aggiungete altro pangrattato.</div>
